CHECK IN – 4PM / CHECK OUT – 10AM
Letting commences at 4pm on the first day of the let and terminates at 10am on the last day of the let.
MINIMUM STAY
The property is let on a weekly basis (usually Saturday to Saturday). Short term lets may be available during quiet periods.
Maximum occupancy
The letting of the property is only to those named on the booking form. Strictly 6 persons only can be accommodated.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets and the property has a no indoor smoking policy.
Payment Methods
Our preferred payment method is online by Debit or Credit Card, using our secure payment gateway. If you would like to use a different payment method please contact us.
Booking Deposit
If you make a booking more than 6 weeks before the holiday date you will be required to pay a 25% Deposit when making the booking and the balance will be due no later than 6 weeks before the holiday is due to start.
If you make a booking within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking.
Balance Payment
The balance of the payment must be made 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday period. If the balance is not received 6 weeks prior to arrival those weeks become available for re-let.
If you cancel prior to the holiday arrival date you may be due a partial refund if we are able to re-let the property on the date of your original booking, subject to any administration charge.
For the avoidance of doubt the Deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances when you cancel a holiday, unless section 3 of our Terms & Conditions applies.
If you wish to transfer your booking to another party the full amount of the holiday will be required at the time of transfer.
